Shipping Methods

We provide two shipping methods:

  • Economy Shipping (10–18 business days) – $15, or FREE on orders over $60.

  • Express Shipping (3–8 business days) – $14.99.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 11 AM CT will be processed within 1–2 business days from the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 11 AM CT will be processed within 1–2 business days starting the next business day. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

What Happens After You Place an Order

  1. Processing: Includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Orders are typically processed and ready to dispatch within 1–2 business days.

  2. Shipping: Once processed, items are shipped from our warehouse. Standard shipping is handled by "e-packet" (a U.S. Postal Service product). Express shipping is fulfilled by DHL. The carrier used will depend on service availability in your area.

Note: Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or carrier issues. Shipping may be delayed during peak seasons. Delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of the ship date. We are not liable for packages after this period.

Customs & Duties

Customs duties and taxes are set by your local authority and based on value, type, weight, and size. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. If applicable, payment must be made to the carrier before delivery.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If returned, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best. Note: Once a shipment is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Choose a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for arranging a second delivery attempt.

Special Shipping Cases

  • UPS Access Points: Select "UPS Local Pickup" at checkout. You’ll be notified by email upon arrival. Bring ID and tracking number. Pickup hours vary. More info: UPS.com

  • P.O. Boxes: Economy shipping only. Delivery may take up to 10 business days.

  • Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii: Economy shipping may take up to 15 extra business days. Free Shipping does not apply.

  • U.S. Virgin Islands: Economy shipping only, to residential addresses. Delivery may take up to 15 extra business days.
