Any product purchased from MARK RYDEN USA Official Store (www.markrydenusa.com) can be returned within 30 days after your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In case of a return please contact us at email@example.com.
We can accept returns only when your product was unused and will be shipped in the same condition without any marks of use the same as you received it. The product must be also shipped in the original packaging.
To be able to complete your return, the product must be shipped back with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please kindly understand that larger company orders with your printed logo (more than 5 units) can't be returned and a 30-day free return can't be applied.
RefundsWhen we will receive your return, we will review the product and will send you a notification email as a confirmation that we have received your returned product. When the return will be authorized, we will proceed with your return and your payment will be sent back to your credit card or another method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that it can take up to two weeks to proceed with your return once the item has been received.
Missing refunds?If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Afterward please contact your bank, because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
How about exchanges?We are sorry, but we can only replace products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you.
Where to ship your returns?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide the address for returns. All returns are collected in our international warehouse.
Shipping costs for returning your product are your responsibility. Unfortunately, we need to inform you that shipping costs are not refundable.
When you ship a product over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
